Emily Winks

After graduating in Zoology from Liverpool University, Emily’s first television production job was at MTV in London. A year later she joined BBC Broadcast, the promo department for the BBC, where she spent 5 years working with high-profile teams including Corporate, Sport and Children’s. In 2005 she joined the BBC Natural History Unit where she worked on ‘Expedition Borneo’ and ‘Life in Cold Blood’ before spending 3 years on the ‘Fish’ and ‘Hunters and Hunted’ episodes of ‘Life’. Emily then moved into the independent sector, initially working on ‘Wildest Africa’ for Off The Fence, before joining Wild Horizons and the ‘North America’ team in 2010.
