Kathy Kasic
Kathy began her career as a biologist researching and recording frog vocalizations in Amazonian Ecuador and Panama. Now turned filmmaker, Kathy has worked on a range of wildlife documentaries for television and conservation groups as well as commercials. Her work has been featured on BBC, PBS, History Channel, Animal Planet, Discovery Channel, CBS, and National Public Radio.
Prior to coming on board with Wild Horizons, Kathy was an assistant producer for the award-winning BBC series on Yellowstone. She also produced two short films for that series, Fishman and Geyser Gazers. She is an internationally published biologist and holds an MS in Biology and a Masters of Fine Arts in Science and Natural History Filmmaking. Kathy was born in the UK and is now North America based, residing in Livingston, Montana.
