Rebecca Coombs
Rebecca spent ten years working at BBC Bristol in both the Features Department and the Natural History Unit.
Her career started as a runner with BBC Post Production, which led her to the Bristol Features department and eventually her role as Production Co-ordinator on 999. She has worked across a wide range of programmes including Bargain Hunt Live, Timeshift and also award winning documentaries such as, Soul Deep and Anatomy of A Crime. She moved over to the Natural History Unit in 2006, starting on Wild China which recently won three Craft Emmy awards. Rebecca’s next project was Big Cat Live based in the Masai Mara in Kenya, followed by Lost Land of the Volcano. She recently left the BBC to continue her role as Production Co-ordinator, working on Wild Planet: North America for Wild Horizons.
